I enjoy what I do thanks to the patience, skills, and empathy of great mentors who valued their work and the people sitting in front of them. As a student, I always paid attention to how my professors would convey knowledge. As a teacher, I try to replicate what I found most useful and avoid what I did not.
My approach to teaching emphasizes developing analytical skills, fostering collaboration—rather than competition—among students, and promoting a symmetric relational climate in the classroom.
I tried to intuitively put these elements together in the two BA courses I taught during the academic course 2023-2024 at the University of Konstanz (Germany) with positive results, based on students' self-reports and their evaluation results.
Below you can find the syllabus, the student evaluations, and some examples of the slides I prepared for these two courses.
